How to Order by Post or Facsimile
1. Complete section A of the order form in clear BLOCK CAPITALS,
(other than the email address, which should be in lower case)
2. Refer to the Product Info. tab on the website to check:
a) Size chart to establish your required size.
b) Colour Chart to familiarize yourself with the colour selection.
c) Availability Chart to establish the colours available in each style.
3. View the Products page to select your choice of shoe style.
4. Enter your choice in Section B of the order form.
5. Calculate the amount to be paid, including the Postage charge.
6. Double check all your information on the Order Form.
