Postage Rates and Delivery of your Baby Paws Purchase
Orders are invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are sent through Australia Post.
All orders are despatched from our premises in Mornington, Tasmania, Australia within 5 working days of receipt of the order.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an alternative item, a suitable delivery time or a full refund.
Orders are despatched on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Separate orders must be placed for each address if delivery is required to more than one destination.
Overseas orders are sent to Residential or Commercial addresses only, and usually not to P O Boxes unless prior arrangements have been agreed to by Baby Paws.
It is the addressee’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place for the delivery and acceptance of parcels. Orders sent through normal postage cannot be tracked by Australia Post. Only Express Post and Registered items can be tracked.
Baby Paws cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or refused deliveries. Australia Post compensation rules apply. Please contact your local Post Office to check suspected non delivery before contacting Baby Paws.

Postage is charged according to the weight of the parcel as indicated in the table below.
Customs duties and taxes on orders sent outside Australia are the responsibility of the addressee and are not charged by Baby Paws.
